PRODUCT DESCRIPTION  :

Normally for industrial R.O. Membrane biological control sodium hypochloride is recommended and used.However, chlorine has detrimental effect on R.O. Membrane, for de-chlorination SMBS dosage are suggested. R.O. - Bio-Cleaner-AC-103 is a  non-oxidizing newly developed environment friendly bio control molecule which safely control bacteria,fungi,slime,etc. which normally occurs in R.O. Membrane. It is POWERFUL and SAFE then chlorine base compounds.

R. O. -  SILICA  ANTISCALENT  -  ACSI 301

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :

ACSI -301  is multifunctional antiscalent for reverse osmosis systems.It is highly effective in preventing silica formation on membrane syrfaces. Besides its excellent silica inhabitation properties  ACSI – 301 is effectively control Calcium carbonate,Stroncium sulphate,Barium sulphate,Iron oxide and Calcium fluoride scale formation. All ingredients used in ACSI-301 are as per ANSI/NSF standards 60  for use in reverse osmosis systems producing potable water.

DOSAGE : -

 

# The  dosage level required is depending on the quality of the feed water and the saturation indices of the various scale forming species present in the concentrated brine.Normally dosing is between 3 to 5 ppm.

# ACSI-301 is miscible with water in all proportions.It may be applied as the neat product or as a solution in permeate water.A minimum dosing solution strength of 10 % w/w is recommended.ACSI-301 should be dosed continuously and proportionately to the feed water flow to maintain the recommended dosage level.

# ACSI-301 is an aqueous solution of organic acids and polymers and is corrosive in its concentrated form.Corrosion resistant dosing equipments must be used.Suitable materials are PVC,Glass reinforce plastic or HDPE.

# Recommended injuction point is into the feed water downstream of any filtration equipment and cartridge filters.

# Recommended operation limits of the most relevant brine water parameters :

                 Silica. = upto 300 ppm.                    LSI : = (+) 2  --   (+) 2.5
